I have a hard time living in the present. I find myself constantly thinking about the future or dwelling on the past and what could have been. As an event planner, it’s my job to think ahead. But I struggle with the now. I don’t focus my attention on where I am, but where I will be in a year. This isn’t a way to live and - as a problem solver - it’s making me even more anxious that I can’t fix this problem. What to do?
